BISHOP DRENNANS STANCE GETS NORTHERN SUPPORT

The Catholic Bishop of Down and Connor and the former Northern Ireland Police ombudsman have come out in support of Bishop of Galway Martin Drennan.
Bishop Noel Treanor and Nuala O'Loan were speaking yesterday on the BBC Northern Ireland's Sunday Sequence programme.
Bishop Treanor said where the issue of collective responsibility lay, Bishop Drennan was not burdened by guilt.
