TURF for Galway Theatre Festival

TURF, by the Rowan Tolley Company, will run at the former Connacht Tribune Print Works on Market Street from Friday April 29 until Sunday May 1 at 3pm and 6pm as part of the Galway Theatre Festival.
Performed by Frank Farrell, TURF searches for the tenderness through a fractured landscape. Sculpture, Installation, Performance, it explores not how to hold the TURF but how the TURF takes a hold of you. At the mercy of nature, the block waits to cut, to spread, to foot, when it moves it lives.
