WATER RESTORED IN GALWAY CITY

Date Published: 09-Jan-2011

Water was restored to all areas across Galway city this evening,(Sunday) but with some overnight restrictions.

The combination of measures taken by the City council has resulted in the reservoir levels being restored.

There was also a build-up of pressure to the extent that those last remaining areas affected in the Ballybane and Ballybrit areas had water restored.
