TWO MEN TO APPEAR IN COURT FOR LOUGHREA STABBING

Two men will appear before Galway District Court at 10.30 this morning following a stabbing incident in Loughrea in the early hours of yesterday morning.[29/6]The incident, which involved the use of a knife, occurred shortly after 6am yesterday in the Gortbríd Housing Estate area.A man in his twenties suffered minor injuries following the incident and was taken to Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe but was later discharged.A man in his late teens and another man in his 30s were arrested yesterday morning [Sun] under Section 4 of the criminal Justice Act
