TUAM MAN FACING NOVEMBER TRIAL FOR INDECENT ASSAULT

A Tuam man charged with indecently assaulting a male in the 1970's will go on trial next November. Paul O'Grady of Dublin Road, Tuam, will stand trial at Galway Circuit Court on November 26th. The 61-year old's facing seven charges of indecent assault against a male between 1974 and 1976. Judge Raymond Groarke remanded him on continuing bail at a hearing at Galway Circuit Court last week (20/5/08).The trial is expected to last four days.
