CAPPATAGGLE manager Gerry Healy is urging his players to be beware of what he terms 'the Croke Park factor’ ahead of their All-Ireland intermediate Club hurling final clash against Cork andMunster champions Blarney at GAA headquarters on Sunday. With most of the players gracing the 'biggest stage’ of Irish sport for the first time, Healy believes it is vital that his charges do not become overawed by the arena or the occasion.“I hope the lads are looking forward to the final,” says Healy. “However, our hardest job as management, I think, will be to make sure that the lads realise they are playing Blarney – and not Croke Park.
