Holiday properties set to go under the hammer during online event
iamsold will be holding its National Holiday Home Auction on July 21 – a specialised event which will be held online.
The auction will offer a mix of houses and apartments in coastal areas along with rural cottages and high-end properties in scenic locations.
The auction team is now inviting anyone looking to purchase or sell a holiday home in Ireland to get in contact.
Patrick Folan, Director of iamsold, told Tribune Property: “We have been running our National Holiday Home Auction for a number of years now and it has been very successful for holiday type properties. The auction will be online and allows interested parties to bid from anywhere in the world.
“In previous years, this auction has been particularly successful for coastal properties, country cottages and apartments and houses in areas that attract holiday makers.
There is no cost for the owners to enter a property into the auction and each property will receive excellent exposure across Ireland and the UK, in both national press and online marketing streams.
“As iamsold are the largest auction platform in the UK as well, properties will get exposure to the UK market in addition to advertising in Ireland and Northern Ireland. We already have a large volume of buyers coming into the market looking for their perfect get-away or indeed retirement home and timing is excellent to secure buyers for holiday homes. The Holiday Home Auction is a once-a-year opportunity for buyers of holiday homes to look at numerous options and decide on which one suits them.”
