€10m worth of properties set to go under the hammer

Properties in some of Galway’s most sought-after addresses are included in the catalogue for the West of Ireland’s biggest-ever auction which will be held next month.
In total, there are more than 70 residential and commercial lots included in the O’Donnellan & Joyce auction which will take place in the Harbour Hotel in the city on May 4.
Among them, there will be 30 city properties, as well as in the likes of Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Athlone, Leitrim, Longford, Clare, Kerry and Tipperary.
It will be the largest ever auction to be held outside of Dublin.
According to auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan, the ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ auction offers plenty of variety to suit all tastes.
“There is tremendous variety and diversity, all which must be sold, with exceptional value particularly for first-time buyers and investors alike.”
