Catalogue contains more than 50 properties set to go for auction next week
More than 50 properties will go under the hammer at the next O’Donnellan & Joyce auction, which takes place on February 28.
The extensive catalogue spans across the country – from two, three and four bedroom homes to office spaces, investment properties, land and even a hotel.
With nearly 50 open viewings taking place each week in the lead up to the auction, Senior Negotiator Mary Fahy said the auction department is a hive of activity.
Registration for the auction commences at 11am in the Harbour Hotel, Galway and auction proceedings start at 12 noon. For those who cannot attend in person, the auction is streamed live online at odonnjoyce.com and phone, internet and proxy bidding services are available subject to prior registration.
