WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT ON BRIDGE IN CONNEMARA

Heavy vehicles have been banned from travelling on the main Cliften- Ballycooneely road in Connemara due to concerns about the safety of a bridge.While there have been suggestions that the road should be closed in order to repair the bridge it's now been decided to widen it and complete repair works.
