TWO MEN REMANDED IN CONTINUING BAIL OVER CITY SHOOTING

Two men charged in connection with a city shooting last February have been remanded on continuing bail.

John Paul Sweeney of 102 Fearann Rí, Doughiska and Tommy McDonagh of 293 Castlepark, Ballybane appeared before Galway District Court yesterday.

Inspector Ernie White told the Court the books of evidence on the accused were not yet ready.
