TUAM MEMORIAL PARK TURNED INTO BEER GARDEN

A memorial park in Tuam dedicated to the memory of a Tuam woman who was killed in the 9 / 11 attacks has been turned into a 'beer garden', according to Councillor Tom Reilly.Ann Marie McHugh from Ballymote road in Tuam died in the terror attacks in New York in 2001.Councillor Reilly says some people go into the memorial park at Chapel Lane in the town to drink and engage in anti-social behaviour.
