Date Published: 30-Mar-2011
The Church of Ireland has failed to appoint a new Bishop for Tuam, Killala and Achonry.
At a meeting of the Church of Ireland Episcopal Electoral College in Armagh today [30/3], they failed to appoint someone to the post.
The diocese of Tuam, Killala and Achonry has no bishop since Richard Henderson left for a new post in the U.K last January.
