TRIAL DATE FOR OUGHTERARD MANSLAUGHTER CASE

November 13th has been set by Galway Circuit Criminal Court for the trial of a Romanian man and a teenage boy who are both charged with the unlawful killing of Oughterard publican John Kenny last year.

36 year old Marian Lingurar with an address in Cork city and a 17 year old boy who can't be named due to his age, are charged with manslaughter and for withholding information.

38 year old Florin Fitzpatrick with a former address at College Road in the city will also appear for trial on a charge of withholding information in relation to the case.
