TRAVELLER WOMAN WINS COMPENSATION OVER GALWAY HOTEL CANCELLATION

A woman whose wedding at a Galway city hotel was cancelled because she was a traveller has won her case at the Equality tribunal.
The Irish Times reports Louise Ward has been awarded two thousand euro to compensate for the 'distress and humiliation experienced'.
