TRAFFIC LIGHTS TO REMAIN GREEN LONGER IN CLAREGALWAY

The traffic lights in Claregalway village will be left green for a longer period of time for traffic travelling along the N17 in a bid to tackle tailbacks.

Galway West T.D Noel Grealish got the company which synchronises the lights to visit Claregalway yesterday and examine the situation. [7/12]

The company has decided to leave the green light for a longer period of time for people travelling between Tuam and Galway.
