THERMOKING STAFF RETURN TO FULL TIME HOURS

Employees at ThermoKing in the city have returned to a five day working week.

Workers at the Mervue plant had been on a reduced working week since last year, imposed by the company in response to the economic downturn

In 2008, the company also announced 110 job losses at the plant and there were fears this figure would rise.

However, this week employees working at the transport refrigerator manufacturer have returned to full time working hours.
