TD says school bus routes cuts detrimental to rural Galway

Galway Bay fm newsroom - More rural schools across Galway will close unless the Education Minister reverses the decision not to provide transport to primary schools on bus routes with less than 10 pupils.

That's according to Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív who says the cuts, which came into effect in 2011, have left a number of primary schools in rural areas across the county without any bus service whatsoever.
