TAX CONCESSIONS NEEDED FOR WEST CONNEMARA JOB CREATION

Galway County Council has asked the Tax Reform Commission to provide tax incentives in an effort to promote development in the West Connemara Gaeltacht and on the islands. The proposal has come from Councillor Seán Ó Tuairisg who says that such incentives are badly needed in view of the continuing decline in these areas.
