SKIMMING DEVICES FOUND AT TUAM BANKS EXAMINED

Skimming devices removed from an ATM at a Tuam bank at the week-end are being techniclly examined by Gardai at divisional headquarters in Roscommon.Two skimming devices were removed by Tuam Gardai from the ATM at the Ulster Bank, Shop Street Tuam at the week-end.Tuam Gardai say they have no reports yet of money being removed from any customers accounts via the skimming devices.But they are warning people to be vigilant and to always cover the numbers on their bank cards when using them at ATMs.
