SEAGULLS ON BALLYCONNEELY BEACH MAY HAVE BEEN POISONED

It has now been established that the seagulls that were found dead on a Connemara beach yesterday were not shot. Five seagulls were found dead at Dunlochan in Ballyconneely over the bank holiday weekend.Initially it was thought they had been shot but that has now been discounted and it's thought they may have been poisoned.
