Salthill roads to close again this evening

Roads in parts of Salthill and the Galway Docks area are due to be closed again from approximately 5 pm as another high tide is due to hit the promenade at 6.15 this evening (Sat 1st Feb).

Gary McMahon of Galway City Council says that apart from this eveing's road closures roads in Salthill and around the Galway Docks will most likely be closed again due to expected further heavy flooding in the morning.
