ROW OVER TUAM'S PUBLIC POOL ROLLS ON

Tuam Town council has stepped in to an ongoing dispute between Tuam Swimming pool and Leisure Centre.

The row revolves around revised opening hours and other changes at the public facility.

Kingfisher Limited took over the running of the pool in September and there are concerns that the community pool is becoming privatised.

A deputation from the Town Council have requested a meeting with the operators before deciding on a course of action to tackle the problem.
