ROAD SAFETY MEASURES AT MOYLOUGH

NEW safety measures are to be put in place at a dangerous stretch of road near Moylough, the scene of over a dozen accidents in recent months.

Galway County Council has confirmed to Councillor Michael Connolly that the section of the N63 at Moylough Grotto is to be resurfaced in the coming weeks.

Councillor Connolly says that it is vital to make this stretch of road safer as most of the crashes have happened there in recent times.
