Plans for a mixed use development in the town of Portumna have got the green light.Padraig Lohan has been granted permission to demolish part of a fire damaged building and an adjoining building and construct 4 shops, 6 apartments and 7 townhouses at Abbey Street.County Planners have granted permission for the development with 22 conditions attached.
