RENT IN GALWAY DROPS BY TEN PERCENT

Rent in Galway city and county is continuing to drop according to the latest Rental Report from Daft dot ie.The average rent for a property in Galway city is now 838 euro which represents a drop of almost 10 percent since last year and a 4.3 percent drop since the last quarter.The average rent in the county is 640 euro a drop of 4.6 percent since the last quarter.While Galway has experienced an overall year on year drop in rent prices of about 10 percent, it falls behind Dublin, Cork and Limerick, which have seen drops of up to 17 percent.
