RENMORE MAN VICTIM OF CITY ROAD COLLISION

A 73 year old man has died after being struck by a motorcycle in the city.

The pedestrian, who is from the Renmore area, was seriously injured when he was hit by the motorcyclist on the Renmore road in the city.

He was taken by ambulance to UHG where he died of his injuries later last night.

The Renmore road is closed at to facilitate a forensic investigation, but is due to be re-opened soon.
