Ramsay cooks up a treat for City market

CUSTOMERS to the Galway Market on Saturday got a surprise when they saw top celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay cooking up a fishy treat out in the open air. The fiesty, foul mouthed chef, who currently has about three cookery shows on the go in the UK and the USA, was very taken with the produce at the market.But he and his film crew were specifically in town to concentrate on sea urchins and on Friday he dived into Galway Bay for them off the coast at Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare, where he stayed on Friday night.Early on Saturday morning he walked around the market and spoke to a number of stall holders before setting up his own stall to do his own spot of cooking — he cooked sea urchins and scrambled eggs.His visit to Galway was .....................
