RAHOON DEVELOPMENT TO GO AHEAD DESPITE OPPOSITION

A mixed-use development is to be built at Millars Lane in Rahoon despite objections from local residents.

Frank Kelly was granted planning permission by the City Council last year to demolish a house and shed and build 6 apartments and 4 commercial units in their place.

However, Gort na Gréine Residents Association appealed the decision to An Bord Pleanála, which has upheld the decision of the City Council.
