Protestors block removal of psychyiatric beds in Ballinasloe

Galway Bay fm newsroom - The campaign group opposed to the removal of psychiatric beds at St. Brigids hospital in Ballinasloe are maintaining a vigil on site this morning.

An attempt by the HSE to remove 5 beds from the psychiatric unit was thwarted last night when up to 200 people gathered to block the move.
