PROGRESS IN UPGRADING MAAM CROSS OUGHTERARD ROAD

An application for planning permission for the upgrading of the main road from Maam Cross to Oughterard is to go to an Bord Pleanála within days.

This follows the publication this week of a list of landowners from whom lands will be sought in order to carry out the work over the 15 kilometre route.
