Six apartments on market - for €90,000

During the property boom, a two-bed apartment in Gort would have been put on the market for around €200,000. But in a sign of the times, a block of SIX is set to go under the hammer for €90,000 next month.
The two- and three-bed apartments at Dún na Rí are finished to a shell condition internally, and are set to attract significant interest at the Allsop Space auction in a fortnight in the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin.
At the height of the boom, two-bed apartments in the same development had a price tag of €195,000 each.
There are six separate gardens to the rear of the block, which is located in Ballyhugh.
