Plans are in the pipeline for a new mixed use development in Rahoon in the city.Frank Kelly has applied to Galway city council for permission to build 4 commercial units, 4 apartments and 4 townhoses on the Rahoon road.Mr Kelly proposes to demolish an existing house and shed to make way for a mixed development in two blocks.
