Plans are in the pipeline for a 23,000 square metre mixed use development in Athenry.Noel Lally has applied for permission to build 159 houses, a fitness centre, childcare facility, retail units, and an office at Kingsland South.County Planners are due to make a decision on the development at Kingsland, Athenry in the coming weeks.
