PLAN TO BOOST BUSINESS FOR REHAB IN CITY

Date Published: 10-Feb-2012

Plans are underway to try and boost business for a Rehab Enterprises company at Parkmore in the city.

It emerged last week that 18 staff at the premises in Parkmore are being made redundant due to what Rehab says is the "economic downturn."

The Parkmore facility employs 44 staff for kitting and assembly work and some recycling.

Speaking to Keith Finnegan, Galway West T.D, Noel Grealish says a number of meetings are scheduled to discuss possible opportunities.
