This year’s black-tie event was sponsored by Irish Life, with entertainment sponsored by CVS Health and media sponsored by Sound to Light.
On the night, guests enjoyed a warm welcome with beverages, oysters and nibbles, followed by a delicious four-course meal.
Broadcaster and comedian Bernard O'Shea served as MC, with wonderful entertainment from the BlackTie Magician and 90’s tribute band, Smash Hits, keeping the dance floor packed into the early hours.
Raffle prize sponsors included Delphi Resort, The MHL Collection and Moxy Belfast City, Fota Island Resort, Dunbrody Country House Hotel and Ireland's Blue Book, Ballynahinch Castle Hotel, Ice House, Rome Marriott Park Hotel, Fahy Travel and Brown Thomas Galway
In a post on social media, the organisers thanks all those who supported the event.
“A heartfelt thank you to our guests for supporting Galway’s longest-running and largest charity black-tie ball. Your generosity helps us continue the fight against heart disease and stroke,” they wrote.
