PD'S TO URGE HIGH-VIS POLICING IN ORANMORE

Two Progressive Democrat politicians are meeting with Gardai next week to urge high visibility policing in Oranmore.Galway West TD Noel Grealish and Oranmore Cllr Jim Cuddy will meet with local Garda representatives on Monday afternoon(28/1/08) to examine ways of increasing Garda visibility on the streets of Oranmore and the surrounding area.They'll also be calling on the Garda Siochána to honour their committment made last year to transfer the traffic corps from their temporary accommodation at Liosbán to the new station at Oranmore.
