OVER ONE MILLION EURO FOR SHELLFISH RESEARCH IN GALWAY

NUIGalway has received more than a million euro in funding for research into toxins in shellfish.The Martin Ryan Institute at the college has been granted 1.6 million euro for the research project.It will allow shellfish producers to conduct their own scientific tests for toxins, in remote locations.
