OUT OF DATE DATA SCUPPERS UPGRADE OF CLIFDEN AIRSTRIP

Old documents and out-of-date data could have scuppered the Governments efforts to upgrade Clifden Airstrip. The Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs succeeded in getting planning permission from Galway county council for works at the airstrip, but An Taisce is appealing the decision to An Bord Pleanála.
