OUGHTERARD A PRIORITY FOR WATER SERVICES UPGRADE

The Enviroment Minister has singled out Oughterard as a first priority in the upgrade of water services for Galway.The decision was made when John Gormley recently met with representatives of the Carra Mask Corrib water protection group and local Green Party councillor, Niall [neel] Ó Brolcháin.The upgrade of the sewage treatment plant at Oughterard will be prioritised as part of the Water Services Investment Programme for Galway.
