ORANMORE HOTEL TO CLOSE PART OF ITS OPERATIONS

Part of the Ramada Encore Hotel in Oranmore is to close at the end of the month [Oct], due to a lack of business.A spokesperson for the hotel confirmed to Galway Bay Fm News this morning, that the acommodation at the hotel will be closed until March.However, the meeting and conference facililties will remain open.It hasn't been confirmed how many job losses will result from the temporary closure as management say they are still finalising details.
