Galway county council has been presenting its case for the development of the road from Maam Cross to Oughterard at an oral hearing in the city

Galway Bay fm news reports that in the opening session today at the Westwood Hotel the 2 day hearing was told that only 6 per cent of the current route is safe for overtaking
