The National Assets Management Agency has secured court orders to move on the U.K assets of Galway natives, Raymond and Daniel Grehan.
Last month, the developers, who are originally from Glenamaddy, consented to summary judgement orders of 300 million euro against them.
According to the Irish Times, this latest order allows NAMA to apply to the courts of all EU member states to execute judgements obtained in the Commercial Court.
