N17 BLACKSPOT AT CARROWNURLAUR TO BE RESURFACED TOMORROW

The local authorities are taking drastic measures to slow down traffic on one of the county's most dangerous road blackspots.

The N17 at Carrownurlaur between Milltown and Ballindine will be resurfaced from tomorrow with a yellow/red colour road chip with a higher skid resistance.

The resurfacing is expected to take between two and three days to complete and traffic lights will be in operation for the duration of the works.
