More time granted to build Tuam cinema and shops

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The County Council is allowing more time on planning permission for a mixed-use development in Tuam. Glynns Limited have been granted an extension of 5 years on the planning permission for the development at Townparks. The development includes 9 shop units, an anchor supermarket, 5 offices, 4 apartments, a five-screen cinema and basement carparking. The only condition of the extension of time on the planning permission is that the developer must submit details of a management company which wil maintain all sevices and roads at the site.
