METEOR BID TO RETAIN MAST IN NEWCASTLE

Phone Company Meteor has renewed its bid to retain a phone mast in Galway City Meteor has applied to An Bord Pleanala to keep the mast at number 16 Upper Newcastle Road.Last month Meteor was refused planning permission by Galway City Council to retain the mast at St. Philomena's, 16 Upper Newcastle Road The whole development consists of 3 panel type antennae’s and and 1 telecommunications dishAn Bord Pleanala is due to make a decision on the development in the coming months.
