MASSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLANNED FOR BOWLING GREEN IN CITY

Part of old Galway city could be set for major development. Developers Pat O'Grady and Hugh Heskin are planning to build a 4-storey mixed-use development on the site of a public car park between Market St and Bowling Green. The proposed development consists of two blocks with a new pedestrian street and civic square between Market St and Bowling Green. It will contain shops, offices and four apartments on the top floors.
