MAN REMANDED IN CUSTODY OVER LOUGHREA DRUGS SEIZURE

A 47 year old Vietnamese man charged in connection with a significant cannabis seizure in the Loughrea area has been remanded in custody.
Hai Fam, with an address in Raheen Oughter appeared before Castlerea district court this afternoon.
Hai Fam has been charged with the cultivation of cannabis plants, unlawful possession of drugs and the cultivation of cannabis for sale or supply.
