A man in his 30s is appearing in court this morning [June 4] in connection with a major drugs seizure in Tuam this weekend.
It follows a search of a house in Cummer on Saturday [June 2] evening where 280 thousand euro worth of cannabis plants were discovered.
It was part of an ongoing operation led by the Galway Divisional Drug Unit to tackle the sale and supply of controlled substances throughout the county.
