MAN BANNED FROM GALWAY FOR HOSPITAL THEFTS

A 30-year-old prisoner who stole a nurse’s car and another patient’s cash while being treated in hospital, has been jailed and ordered to stay out of Galway for the next eleven years.

Michael O’Leary, 2 St. Matthew’s Park, Ballymahon, Longford, who has 140 previous convictions, appeared before Galway District Court yesterday.
